空间飞行对番茄种子活力的影响

以美国航空航天局（ＮＡＳＡ）提供的经空间飞行处理的番茄种子（ＳｅａｃｅＥｘｐｏｓｅｄＳｅｅｄ，ＳＥＳ）和地面对照种子（Ｅａｒｔｈ—ｂａｓｅｄＳｅｅｄＥＢＳ）为材料，研究了空间飞行对番茄种子发芽力和幼苗生长的作用。结果表明，ＳＥＳ发芽迅速、均匀，其发芽势和发芽率分别比ＥＢＳ高２６．５％和５．３％．表现出较强的发芽力；发芽后５ｄＳＥＳ的芽长和根长分别是ＥＢＳ的２．４倍和２．７倍，活力指数是ＥＢＳ的４．１倍，表明空间飞行可显著提高番茄种子的活力。  相似文献   

航天诱变凤仙花SP2代光合作用研究

对经过航天诱变的凤仙花SP2代的10个实验组与没有经过航天诱变的6个对照组植株的光合特性进行了比较.测得了光合速率等12个指标,进行相关分析发现:实验组中光照强度和光合速率呈极显著正相关,胞间CO2浓度和光合速率呈极显著负相关.对照组中,光照强度和光合速率正相关,胞间CO2浓度和光合速率为负相关.还对实验组以及对照组植株的光合色素含量等生理指标进行了测定,结果实验组光合色素含量大增,特别是叶绿素a含量增加更显著,叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值也增大,而其可溶性糖含量极大地减少.本实验结果表明:航天诱变能对凤仙花的光合特性和生理生化方面产生显著且可遗传影响,能显著提高其光合能力.  相似文献

意大利蜜蜂飞翔肌发育过程中的线粒体是多种多样大小不一的,由生理功能需求而定。观察结果表明,意大利蜜蜂飞翔肌线粒体的发生有两条途径:①重新形成,即由肌质分泌出来的蛋白质和脂肪自发装配而成;②由现有线粒体复制出双层膜囊,再形成新的线粒体。这是飞翔肌线粒体发生的独特之处。  相似文献   

The flying classroom – a cost effective integrated approach to learning and teaching flight dynamics

In the UK, the Royal Aeronautical Society recommends the inclusion of practical flight exercises for accredited undergraduate aerospace engineering programmes to enhance learning and student experience. The majority of academic institutions teaching aerospace in the UK separate the theory and practice of flight dynamics with students attending a series of lectures supplemented by an intensive one-day flight exercise. Performance and/or handling qualities flight tests are performed in a dedicated aircraft fitted with specialist equipment for the recording and presentation of flight data. This paper describes an innovative approach to better integrate theory and practice and the use of portable Commercial-off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies to enable a range of standard, unmodified aircraft to be used. The integration of theory and practice has enriched learning and teaching, improved coursework grades and the student experience. The use of COTS and unmodified aircraft has reduced costs and enabled increased student participation.  相似文献

为满足大文本试飞数据图形可视化分析需求,基于Matlab语言对大文本试飞数据的可视化绘图策略进行探讨。结合试飞数据绘图分析特点,重点研究大文本试飞数据绘图中的关键策略：①数据加载方式选择;②多参数对比曲线图绘制方法;③绘图操作的继承。通过关键绘图策略程序,减少了试飞数据载入内存时间,完成了3种多参数对比图绘制,达成重复绘图操作的有效继承。该关键策略可在大文本试飞数据可视化绘图分析中发挥关键作用,提高试飞数据绘图分析效率。  相似文献

Conclusion Instrumented small airplanes for research and development of airplanes and other flight vehicles offer a viable method of study which is very cost-effective. The studies could also be extended into control and navigation. Development of small airplanes for various surveillance applications can also be effectively handled by this route. The experience of black African religious education trainee teachers training in England

This study addresses issues surrounding the recruitment and training of black African religious education teachers within the context of the government’s intention to make the teaching profession more representative of the wider community. In relation to this there is a strong emphasis in the Teacher Training Agency’s Qualifying to Teach on selection procedures which promote equality of opportunity and the recognition of individual training needs. The study is informed by the work of Sikes and Everington who have highlighted the place of religion and culture within the personal histories of religious education teachers. Black African members of two successive cohorts of PGCE students are tracked to identify their training needs in relation to their cultural and religious backgrounds. The data identifies four cultural and religious factors which impact on their training to teach religious education in the UK. Finally, as advised by the Carrington Report, recommendations are made for the practice of teacher educators.  相似文献
